Running out of space in your inbox? You may have some large attachments in your inbox or sent items folders taking up space you need. To view these files in Outlook:

  • In Outlook 2007, look on the left side for Mail Folders
  • Scroll down until you see Search Folders
  • Click on Large Mail

Outlook will now sort your mailboxes by size. This can take some time if your mailbox is very large. The largest messages will automatically be placed on top.

If you delete any of these messages, don't forget to clear your deleted items folder later.
